New Navigational Bronchoscopy Content Added to Human and Cancer Atlases

Houston, November 17, 2009 --- Blausen Medical Communications, developer and owner of the world's largest library of medical animations, has added yet another topic to its ever-expanding CMA library. Navigational Bronchoscopy becomes Topic #282 in the Blausen Human Atlas, and brings the total topic count for the individual Cancer Atlas to 50. Navigational Bronchoscopy employs new technology to locate tumors in the periphery of the lungs, which are often located where standard Bronchoscopy procedures cannot detect them. As in all Blausen atlases, and in addition to 3D animation videos, the new topic will include rotating models, labeled slides, and printable text.
